COVID-19 Safety Protocol

has been working hard to prepare all measures with training and equipment to ensure we
keep you and our staff protected. We are following strict protocols directed by Work Safe
BC. We ask you to please take the time to read thoroughly before the arrival of your

OUR PROTOCOLS : WHAT TO EXPECT?
We are practicing social distancing at all times keeping two meters from other guests and
stylists. All stations will remain 2 meters apart from eachother. Please respect one

Stylists will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment and will be using sanitized tools
We ask that you limit the amount of belongings you bring with you. We suggest not to
bring more than cellular device, keys and payment method. We will not be providing a
space for personal items at this time. If you arrive with belongings you will be asked to
leave excess items in your vehicle.
Arrive to your appointment alone and no pets are permitted.
No outside food or drinks allowed.
Refreshments are unavailable.
Limit the amount of talking throughout your service.
We ask for you to refrain from touching surfaces and items in the space.
Please do not handle products or retail, your stylist will assist you with any retail
purchases with our retail program designed. Please let your stylist know prior or during
your requests to prepare your products.
Please notify your stylist if you would like to access restrooms.
Contactless Payment is preferred with Tap or E-Transfer.
Payments and Pre-booking are to be done at your station with your stylist.
Sanitizing and washing your hands at all times when necessary.
No talking at wash stations.
Avoid touching your face.
If you do not agree or comply with the following guidelines, we ask you to cancelyour appointment. Your service will be denied with the request of payment, if weexperience difficulties with these instructions.
Thank you for taking the time to read our salon safety plan and protocols. We are all
adapting to the new normal and need to follow strict restrictions that have been directed by
Work Safe BC in order to open our business and stop the spread. Please respect and be
patient with us as we are doing are very best to service you with new routines.
Our staff has invested in Personal Protective Equipment, disinfectant and sterilization
products. We will be wearing gloves, masks and washing our hands at all times. Surfaces
will be disinfected and tools will be sterilized.
We have all been licensed with Beauty Safe Certification. Beauty Safe is a certification
program promoting protocols of infection control, safe cleaning, sterilization and chemical
At this time we are working individually without a receptionist because of limited
occupancy. We ask you to communicate through text message or emails to receive the
quickest response. If we do not answer, please leave a thorough message and your stylist
will get back to you at soonest convenience. We suggest organizing any request to prebook
appointments prior to arriving to help with the length of your appointment at the end.
Our salon has experienced a unexpected inflation in loss, costs, equipment and materials
to provide services. We have agreed to re-design our service menu, our cut and colour
professionals prices may vary.
